South Hobart Acupuncture is looking for an experienced practitioner to join a well-established, purpose-built clinic in Lenah Valley — one that has built its reputation on thorough, whole-person care for women who are done being fobbed off.

Who we are

We are the clinic Hobart women come to when they’re ready to actually feel better. We leave no stone unturned: acupuncture, Chinese herbs, pathology interpretation, supplements, nervous system work and lifestyle support. We are not fancy and we are not woo. We take the time, we build a plan, and we walk alongside our patients until the results are real and lasting.

Our team leads with authenticity. We trust each other, we communicate clearly, and we build the kind of long-term patient relationships that are the foundation of everything we do. When you treat your patients, you are treating our patients and supporting our community.

The role

• 2–4 shifts per week (7am–1pm or 1pm–7pm)
• Running two rooms with time efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Providing verbal and written treatment plans to every patient
• Maintaining clinical records in Cliniko in line with AHPRA guidelines
• Contributing to clinic culture, social media, networking, referral relationships
• Participating in monthly case reviews and team professional development

You are

• Degree-qualified and AHPRA-registered with current insurances
• Experienced running two rooms and working at pace without cutting corners on care
• A life-long learner, someone who is committed to furthering your skillset and knowledge
• Passionate about women’s health and fertility. Completion of The Fertile Life Method by Kirsten Wolfe highly regarded
• Someone who builds genuine, lasting relationships with their patients
• A practitioner who gives a real plan — not a “see how you go”
• A team player who is in it for the long haul. We want you with us for the long term and will help you build an abundant and successful practice

The package

An excellent employment contract with bonuses structured to bring you in line with (or better than) contracting rates. This means the stability of employment with the earning potential of a contractor. We believe experienced practitioners deserve certainty, excellent remuneration and a clinic that actually supports them.
